ClassFund.Club

The class fund, without the spreadsheet.

One parent keeps the books, and every family sees their own child. ClassFund.Club reads the class bank account, works out who has paid, splits each cost fairly and keeps an honest record of all of it — so nobody has to ask twice.

ClassFund.Club can only read the class bank account. It can never move money out of it. The class's money stays in the class's own account.

Anna

School year so far

Paid in
€120.00

Her share of what the class spent

  • Autumn trip to the zoo-€18.00
  • Theatre tickets-€12.50
  • Class photo-€6.00
  • Gift for the teacher-€4.00
Left on her balance€79.50
What Anna's parents see. An example. Each parent sees their own children — nobody else's.

Made for everyone in the class

Three people, three jobs, and a different view of the same books for each.

The parent

Signs in with an account they already have, such as Google or Microsoft. Sees their own children: what they paid, what each cost was, and what is left. Nothing about anyone else's child.

What it does for parents

The teacher

Records what the class did, such as a trip or a museum visit, and which children took part. The teacher never sees a family's balance or payment. Who has paid and who has not stays between the chair and each family.

What it does for teachers

The chair

The parent who looks after the class money. They bring in the bank statement, record what the class spent, and decide how each cost is shared. They are the only one who sees the whole picture.

What it does for the chair

How it works, month by month

  1. 1

    The bank statement comes in

Connect the class bank account once, with read-only access you can switch off at any time. From then on, each month's payments appear by themselves. Prefer not to connect the bank? Upload the statement file yourself instead. That is free, and always will be.

  2. 2

Each payment is matched to a child

When a parent pays from a bank account ClassFund.Club already knows, the payment goes to the right child by itself. If a payment is unclear, you decide once which child it belongs to. ClassFund.Club remembers your answer and recognises that sender from then on.

  3. 3

Every parent sees their own child

Each parent signs in and sees what they have paid, what their child's share of each cost was, and what is left. They never see another family's figures. The question you used to answer twenty times a month now answers itself.

Safe with the money, open with the books

The class's money never passes through us, and every change in the books leaves a trace the chair can show anyone who asks.

How we look after your data
  • Read-only access to the bank — we can never move money
  • Each family sees only their own children
  • A record of every change, kept for 18 months

Does it work with your bank?

Pick your country and see the banks we can read the class account from. Payments then show up on their own, and nobody has to type them in.

Open your class

Reading the bank for you is part of Basic and Premium. On Free you upload the statement yourself — and every bank gives you one.

Free to start, a little per child after that

Upload the bank statement yourself and it's free, for good. Want the statement to arrive by itself? Basic is €1 and Premium €2 per child a month.

Questions people ask

What is ClassFund.Club?
It keeps track of the money a school class shares. Parents pay into a common bank account; ClassFund.Club reads that account, works out which family each transfer came from, splits what the class spends, and shows every parent their own child's balance.
What does it cost?
Free with the statement importer. Basic is €1 and Premium €2 per child per month, excluding VAT. Ten months — the school year — is paid once; twelve months is billed every three months and renews until you stop it. You pay for an agreed number of children, so the bill does not change when a child joins in October.
Can ClassFund.Club move the class's money?
No. The bank connection is read-only, granted by the chair and withdrawable at any moment. Nothing in ClassFund.Club can start a payment, so even someone who broke into it could not move a class's money.
Who can see a family's balance?
Parents see their own children and nobody else's. Teachers never see a family's balance or payment — they record what the class did and how a cost is split, and of the bank they see only the card payments of an account the chair has linked to them. The chair sees the books, because somebody has to.
Where can it be used?
In the 27 EU member states, in any of the 24 official EU languages on this site. A class on Premium can be read in every language the app itself speaks; on the other plans it speaks the one language the class chose.
