ClassFund.Club
One set of books, three kinds of help

For the chair: the books, without the late nights

You're the parent who keeps the class money in order. ClassFund.Club does the adding up, the matching and the asking, and keeps a record you can show anyone.

The bank statement does the bookkeeping

Upload the statement your bank gives you, as CSV — free, on every plan. Or connect the class account once with read-only access, and new transactions arrive every morning by themselves.

Connecting a bank: Basic (one account) or Premium (up to five).

Payments find their child

Transfers from a known account go to the right child on their own. When one is unclear, you choose once; ClassFund.Club remembers, and recognises that sender next time. One transfer for two brothers or sisters? Split it between them.

Ask every family at once

Tick the families, say how much each child should pay and what it's for, and each of them gets their own email with the amount and how to pay. Nobody sees anybody else's address.

Reports that send themselves

Send every family their monthly report in one go. On Premium it goes out on the 1st of every month without you — and a few days before, you get a note listing anything still waiting in the books.

Automatic sending: Premium. Sending by hand: every plan.

A record of every change

The audit trail shows who did what, and when: sign-ins, imports, bank updates, expenses, splits and every change made to them. Only chairs can open it, and it's kept for 18 months.

Handing over is easy

Invite the parents and teachers and give each the right role. A class can have more than one chair, and when the job changes hands the books stay with the class — the new chair picks up exactly where you left off.

And everything else you'd expect

Start from the class list
Upload the list the school already has — names in one column or two — and check it before anyone is added.
Start any time of the year
Bring in what each child already has on their balance, so the books start where the class really is, not from zero.
Cash counts too
Take cash for a child and it's on their balance at once. The cash box shows next to the bank account, so the totals always add up.
More than one account
Add every account the class uses. Money moved between them counts as neither income nor spending.
See what needs you
The dashboard shows the fund at a glance and points out any transfer still waiting to be matched to a child.
