• Privacy policy

  ClassFund.Club is the ledger for the money a school class shares. This policy explains what ClassFund.Club does with the personal data it decides about itself — your account, your preferences and, if your class buys a plan, your invoicing details. What happens to a class's own records — the children, the families, the bank transactions — is decided by the parents' community that runs the class, not by us; that is covered by the Data protection policy.

• Data protection policy

  When a parents' community uses ClassFund.Club, it stays in charge of its own records and ClassFund.Club merely holds them. This document sets out what that means in practice: what we process, on whose instructions, who else touches it, how it is protected, what happens when something goes wrong, and what happens at the end. Together with the privacy policy it is the agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR between the class and us.

• Terms of service

  These are the terms on which The Future Quest Kft. provides ClassFund.Club. They apply to everyone who uses it — the chair who sets a class up, the teachers and parents who join it — and, where a class buys a plan, to that purchase. They are written to be read, not skimmed; where they refer to the Privacy policy, the Data protection policy or the Refund policy, those documents are part of the agreement too.

• Refund policy

  Fourteen days, any reason, in full. That is the rule for every payment made to ClassFund.Club, and the rest of this page is the detail: which payments it covers, what happens after the fourteen days, how a refund reaches you, and what happens to the class when one is made.
